With the aim of solving the challenges faced in agribusiness, Agricef created an enriching event with discussions and ideas that deserve to be shared with the agricultural community. Thus, the acronym TED means the TECHNOLOGY, EFFICIENCY and DISSEMINATION that agribusiness needs.

The first TED in Agriculture, held on 28/09, guaranteed the opportunity to hear speakers who shared authentic experiences and stories of achievements, showing the challenges overcome and solutions that have proven to bear fruit.
The exchange of ideas between participants enriched the experience, opening up horizons for new opportunities for collaboration and promoting the engagement of the agricultural community towards a more productive and sustainable future.
Meet all our speakers
Technology and Agriculture

HAMILTON JORDÃO
Agricultural Solutions and Projects Manager at Raízen
Hamilton added a lot of value to all the sugarcane groups that were present at the event, through a lecture covering ratoon sugarcane, cultural treatments and distribution of vinasse tubes. “With the Operations Group to treat ratoon sugarcane we had a cost reduction, but that occurred after consolidating the process. Just like Kronos, we looked to Agricef to help us resolve safety problems in the vinasse tube distribution operation.”

FÁBIO CAMPANELLI
Agro Pastoril Paschoal Campanelli
Fábio contributed immensely to the exchange of experiences between our guests.
Precision agriculture and two-line harvesting were the highlights presented as practices used by Campanelli to increase sugarcane productivity.

JOSÉ CARLOS MONTEIRO
Agricultural Technology Manager at Tereos
José Carlos also contributed to our event, through approaches to nutritional management, the use of drones and the mechanized replanting of sugarcane.
With this, he added in-depth explanations about the Agricef solution developed in partnership with Tereos: the Kairós.

SÉRGIO MUNHOZ JR.
Agricultural Technology from NovAmérica
Sérgio Munhoz was also a speaker at TED on Agriculture, guaranteeing a great contribution to the knowledge of viewers.

The clay mapping and correction initiatives, and all the planning for consolidating precision agriculture were of great contribution to all event participants.

SAMUEL BARROS
Corporate Automotive Maintenance Manager at Usina Santa Adélia
Finally, Samuel Barros also contributed to our TED.
He shared Santa Adélia's initiatives in monitoring and detecting ratoons uprooted in the mechanized harvesting process.
Technology and People

NETO PAIM
Director of Innovation at Gi Group Holding
Neto also brought reflections to TED on Agriculture, bringing approaches aimed at employees and managers of invited companies and at Agricef itself. ”100% of customers are people, 100% of employees are people.
And as you said, “if we don’t understand people, we don’t understand business”. And technology stops being useful.”
